The Chronicles of Nerm
Below is a work in progress trailer followed by a scene breakdown for the animated film 'The Chronicles of Nerm.' Chris is not only the writer and director of the film, but has done all of the 3D work as a solo animator over the past 7 years. The movie follows a psychotic childlike robot in his adventures and features a cast of celebrity talent, including Zoe Bell (ABC’s “Lost”, Quentin Tarantino’s “Deathproof”), Shelly Lipkin (TV’s “Laverne & Shirley” and “The Fugitive”), Marc Graue (Voices for “World of Warcraft”), and Alex Mentzel (TV’s “Leverage”, with Morgan Freeman in “Feast of Love”). Recently this project was featured in the May 2013 issue of POST MAGAZINE when this animated work was utilized by a company doing state-of-the-art post conversion 3D.
This is a sequel to his first animated solo project, The Adventures of Nerm & BG which was completed over 12 years ago and has won awards as recently as 2011.
